Why Pilates?

Pilates is a practice focused on improving coordination, strength, balance, and posture through a targeted series of full-body exercises. Pilates movements are focused around building solid core muscles and importantly, the mind body connection. Pilates is a great exercise if you are post-injury, suffer low back pain or for preventative measures.

Pilates is accessible for everyone; of all ages, levels of ability and fitness, from beginners to practitioners. Pilates can be practised alongside other fitness disciplines such as running, dance and strength training, for faster recovery and better performance.
